What's the betting this gets banned pretty soon? If the bot is just screen scraping and operating the keyboard/mouse it would be very hard to detect as a non-human player. This isn't really anything new in AI terms, since computer games have been able to beat most players since the games industry began. What is new is the internet automation aspect.
